A Message From Jamie
Many teenagers and young adults today are experiencing anxiety and depression when trying to navigate school pressures, family relationships, and how to become more independent.
The anxiety and depression often looks like isolation from peers, continual conflict with parents and family members, and a lack of motivation to just get out of bed in the morning.
I understand how difficult it is for teenagers and young adults to navigate this season of life.
I believe change is possible for everyone, which is why for the last 10 years, I’ve been helping teenagers and young adults break through the barriers that keep them from developing meaningful relationships, knowing who they truly are, and confidently navigating their way to greater independence.
When I first start working with clients I create a safe place for them to be themselves and to share their story. Then we identify goals and develop a plan to move forward together. Through weekly appointments, they will gain the tools and understanding necessary to navigate relationships and make healthy life decisions.
If you’re a teenager or young adult and want to stop feeling anxious, depressed and worried about how to move forward in life, you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I’m here to help. So schedule an appointment with me today.
