Message From Dr. Lisa
If you’re here, you may be feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or simply unsure of what’s happening beneath the surface.
Anxiety can make everyday life feel heavier than it should. Grief, trauma, depression, or a major life transition can leave you feeling overwhelmed and uncertain.
Learning challenges, attention concerns, or memory changes can raise important questions, and you want clear, thoughtful answers.
When you’re in the middle of it, it’s easy to feel confused or isolated, but you don’t have to carry this by yourself.
Hi, I’m Dr. Lisa Naatz, a licensed clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist with over 30 years of experience walking alongside individuals and families through life’s most difficult and defining seasons.
In therapy, I work primarily with adults facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, PTSD, and significant life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care.
Together, we work to understand not just your symptoms, but your story, building resilience, insight, and meaningful change.
In addition to psychotherapy, I provide comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
These assessments help clarify diagnoses and offer practical guidance for concerns such as ADHD, learning differences, autism spectrum, memory changes, cognitive decline, or other neuropsychological or psychological concerns.
My goal is to provide meaningful understanding and practical direction. Understanding that helps parents confidently advocate for their children, and adults to confidently advocate for themselves or their loved ones.
Guidance that supports students as they move through school, college, and into their careers. Insight that empowers adults and families to make thoughtful, informed decisions about the future.
What makes my work unique is the integration of psychological insight and neurocognitive understanding. I look at the whole person – your brain, your emotional world, your history, your strengths, and your goals.
And for clients who desire it, I am also committed to thoughtfully integrating faith into the therapeutic process.
Taking the next step is simple.
First, complete the new client intake form to get started.
Next, we’ll schedule a comprehensive initial session to clarify your concerns and objectives.
Third, together, we’ll develop a thoughtful, individualized approach tailored to your strengths and needs.
You deserve compassionate care, careful answers, and a path forward that feels steady and grounded.
If you’re ready to take that next step, I invite you to schedule an appointment. I would be honored to walk alongside you.
