Message from Amanda
Life is both beautiful and, at times, deeply challenging. During difficult, uncertain, or overwhelming seasons, having a supportive person to walk alongside us can make a meaningful difference. Within a safe and therapeutic space, these challanging experiences can become opportunities for growth, healing, and deeper self-understanding.
I believe that every individual has a unique story, though we do not always have control over the circumstances that shape it. However, we do have the capacity to become active agents in our own lives and reclaim our voice within our narrative. My therapeutic approach focuses on helping clients understand their story, empowering them to make intentional, goal directed choices. Additionally, my approuch helps clients recognize the important role that relationships, community, and social context play in their wellbeing and personal development.
Outside of the office, you can find me chasing the sun, hiking, cooking for friends, exploring new places, and satisfying my sweet tooth with pastries.
Cedar Tree's Mission:
There are a lot of broken families who struggle to do life well together.
That’s why we help families create an environment where deeper connection & healing can happen.
