Message From Elliana
Todayās teens and adolescents are under more pressure than ever. School, friendships, social media, and family expectations can create a storm of anxiety, isolation, and self-doubt. For some, these struggles show up in ways that are hard to talk about, like eating concerns, overwhelming emotions, or shutting down completely.
And for couples, navigating the pain of disconnection, arguments, or the weight of divorce can feel impossible. You may be wondering if things will ever feel good again.
Hi, I’m Elliana Trice, a therapist at Cedar Tree Counseling. I work with teens, adolescents, and couples to help them feel more empowered, encouraged, and connected. My goal is to provide a space where you or your loved one feels safe to talk about whatās really going on, and feel supported enough to take the next step forward.
In our sessions, weāll focus on understanding the patterns that are causing distress and building practical tools for change. Whether that means helping a teen gain confidence and self-awareness or guiding a couple through communication and reconnection, our work will be grounded in trust and progress.
You donāt have to face these challenges alone. Whether youāre a parent worried about your teen or a couple longing to reconnect, Iām here to walk alongside you.
When youāre ready, click the link below this video to schedule an appointment with us today. With the right support, healing and growth are absolutely possible. Letās take the next step together.
Cedar Tree's Mission:Ā
There are a lot of broken families who struggle to do life well together.Ā
Thatās why we help families create an environment where deeper connection & healing can happen.
