Message from Lily
I believe therapy is, at its core, a space where people can feel safe enough to be fully themselves – seen, known, and cared for without judgment. My hope is to create an environment grounded in authenticity, compassion, and genuine human connection, where clients do not have to hide their pain, fears, or brokenness.
I especially enjoy working with couples and families as they navigate conflict, disconnection, transitions, grief, trauma, and the complexities of loving one another well. I believe healing often happens in relationships, and I value helping people slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with themselves and each other.
Therapy is not about having it all together. It is about walking alongside one another with honesty, grace, and courage as we move through both the beauty and difficulty of being human.
