A Message from Rob
Whether you’re an adult, teenager, or a couple, we all have a desire to be understood. We all have a deep need for connection but so many things get in the way of connecting with the people who we care about the most.
With our quickly changing world, it’s easier than ever to get caught up in the stress of life, living at a pace that’s too fast to manage but it’s too scary to slow down. Sadness, anger, or fear can feel overwhelming. Many people struggle to try and fix it on their own, but are left feeling frustrated.
When I work with couples, adults, and teenagers, I create a place that’s safe for being vulnerable at your own pace. Together, we explore your emotions and dive deeper into understanding your story which give us clues about healing and how to meaningfully move forward.
It takes a lot of courage to seek help. And feeling unsure about counseling is normal. Here’s how you can get started with counseling.
First, click on the schedule appointment button.
Second, fill out the new client appointment form.
Third, someone on our team will reach out to you to schedule your first appointment, and answer any questions you may have.
If you want a space to slow down, understand yourself and your story, and find healing, schedule an appointment today. I can help.
How Adverse Childhood Experiences Can Affect Your Marriage
Many couples find themselves bringing past pain into current relationships and might not know how to manage it. Some partners realize their childhood experiences are affecting their marriage.
Others may be experiencing conflict in their marriage and have no idea it could be related to their childhoods. In reality, a lot of relational conflicts can be traced back to childhood experiences.
Cedar Tree's Mission:
There are a lot of broken families who struggle to do life well together.
That’s why we help families create an environment where deeper connection & healing can happen.
