Clinical Focus: Individuals
Life can be challenging at times. Relational conflicts, job stress, losses, and transitions of all sorts can bring discouragement, self-doubt, and fear. Pain from the past and anxiety about the future can magnify these feelings, and managing them alone can be overwhelming. Sometimes we need someone to walk alongside us, support us and help us make sense of confusing circumstances.
I believe that there can be hope in the midst of pain, and meaningful life as we work through difficulties. Therapy can be hard, but it’s redemptive work.
Each person is a unique reflection of God and possesses a combination of abilities, skills, and attributes that no one else has. I would enjoy getting to know you, hear your story, and support you as you heal and grow.
