There are a lot of young adults who are stressed out with the pressures of school, family relationships, and the demands of work.

They often feel anxious and experience low self-esteem which can lead to a breakdown in relationships, isolation from friends and family, and could lead to using substances to self-medicate.  

I’m Tom Barrett, a therapist at Cedar Tree Counseling, and it’s hard being a young adult today, which is why for the past 14 years I’ve been helping young adults work through their anxiety and depression to find fulfillment and purpose in life. 

I believe every individual has the power to change, they just need a guide to get there.

Second, we’ll work with you to set up your first appointment. 

Third, we’ll begin the counseling process where we will sort out the issues that are overwhelming you and find ways to overcome the problem in a healthy way.
