Message to Parents & Families
Being a teenager is no easy feat. Wrestling between childhood and adulthood, adolescence is a transformative time of life that can be as exciting as it is difficult and confusing.
Issues pertaining to mental health may arise as teenagers navigate these formative years. There is often unspoken pain entrenched underneath behaviors. I work with teenagers to cultivate healing, draw meaning from pain, and produce lasting change in their lives.
I operate from the belief that healing takes place in the context of a connected and trusting relationship.
I am passionate about restoring hope and working toward identity formation in middle school and high school students.
