A Message From Matthew
I help men and their families, who are hurting, angry, and struggling to find their way through life’s challenges, to create real and lasting change.
Maybe you find it difficult to reach out for help or feel you should be able to manage your own problems, but I know it can be frustrating and demoralizing when real change remains elusive.
I will work with you to more fully understand the roots of the issues at hand and collaboratively find resolution and greater freedom.
I walk with men through addiction, anger, and grief, and help them gain their strength and confidence through mindfulness and acceptance, and the careful construction of a true narrative that speaks to how you’ve come to be the man you are, as well as the man you’re becoming.
Don’t wait another day in isolation. Call me for a free consultation by phone.

Grief Wants To Move
GRIEF HAS THIS COURSE, THAT CAN’T REALLY BE ANTICIPATED OR PREDICTED, EXCEPT THAT IT DESIRES TO TAKE YOU ON A JOURNEY; TO MOVE YOU.
