I help men and their families, who are hurting, angry, and struggling to find their way through life’s challenges, to create real and lasting change.

I will work with you to more fully understand the roots of the issues at hand and collaboratively find resolution and greater freedom.
I walk with men through addiction, anger, and grief, and help them gain their strength and confidence through mindfulness and acceptance, and the careful construction of a true narrative that speaks to how you’ve come to be the man you are, as well as the man you’re becoming.
